We offer free shipping within Germany. For shipping within the European Union, we flat-rate charge € 7.00, for Switzerland € 14.00 and beyond the EU and overseas we calculate € 19.00. Retail merchants will be charged for shipping.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any duty, taxes, customs fees etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. The delivery takes place at the risk of the customer.
In the case of private orders from abroad, shipping only takes place against prepayment. The goods remain our property until full payment!
The delivery time is usually 2-6 working days, overseas 2-3 weeks.
